Packing Lists

This packing list includes items each young man needs to bring to camp. Should a young man need to bring additional items that are not on this list, it should be communicated and coordinated with the Ward Camp Director.

Aaronic Priesthood Camp – Personal Equipment List

Please label EVERYTHING with your name

Only one "suitcase" per person & a small bag

CLOTHING

3 - 4 pairs of shorts or pants.
3 - 4 shirts
1 pair of closed-toe shoes suitable for hiking and night walking by lake (there are snakes, protect those toes!)
1 pair of shower shoes (flip-flops or crocs)
1 pair of swimming shoes (if desired)
4 changes of underwear
3 - 4 pairs of socks
Pajamas
Sweatshirt or light jacket
Hat or visor
Swimsuit
Swimsuit T-shirt (if desired)
Raincoat or poncho
Athletic wear

GENERAL ITEMS

Positive Attitude!
Scriptures; Paper
Journal or small notebook
Pen
Flashlight and fresh batteries
Reusable water bottle
Camp chair
Optional $$ for camp store (soda and candy bar will run about $2 together, store open during free time). Leaders will have a plastic storage bin in the room for snacks, food is not allowed in the buildings.
Bug spray/ repellant
Sun block
Bags for dirty or wet clothes (grocery bags will work)

TOILETRIES

Face Soap
Toothbrush & Toothpaste
Shampoo & Conditioner
Comb & Brush (absolutely NO sharing)
Deodorant
Travel size Tissue
Eye care (Contacts & solution or glasses)
Lotion
Lip balm
Band-aids and bite ointment
Medications (All prescriptions and supplements must be labeled)
Shower bag (use to carry your clothes and washing supplies)

BEDDING & TOWELS

Pillow
Sleeping bag or blanket and sheets (the beds have plastic foam pads for mattresses)
Bath Towel
Beach Towel
Washcloth/ Hand Towel

Phones and Electronic Games
Weapons or Fireworks or Fire starters

Christmas lights (optional depending on your room decorations)
Door mat to help keep some dirt out of your room
Rope for a clothesline
Clothes pins
Extension Cords
Power Strip
Board games (camp does have many board games, but bring if you have a favorite)
